  My son, Max loves these waffles so in celebration of his 6th birthday, I wanted to share it with you.  Waffles are a great weekend breakfast food...or any day or night really.  Who doesn't love breakfast for dinner?   I used oat and almond flour which  are full of protein, nutrients and fiber so it's a  breakfast you can feel good about serving to your kids, or yourself,  rather than the nutrient devoid white flour variety.
