I love everything about this salad.  It is refreshing, healthy, flavorful, colorful, sweet, spicy, and totally satisfying.   It's perfect for lunch or as a side at dinner with some chicken or salmon.  It's great to take camping or bring to a potluck.   It's just a great dish. Panic set it.  What have I done? Why did I push for this?  Oh my goodness. What was I thinking? There I was standing in my driveway in the middle of the night in the freezing cold... so our puppy could go potty. sigh.
