Hi!  My name is Luisa Kingsdale Naughton.   This is my family and me.  We live in Crested Butte, CO  – a small mountain town at 9,000 feet.     My husband, Eric, runs a lighting design company (www.electricallogic.com) in town.   I am home with my kids (Max and Cecilia who are 4 and 2)  with a couple days in my pottery studio.    I recently went back to school for holistic health and nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition  and am a health coach.   You can find my health coach site at http://www.luisanaughton.com.     I have always enjoyed cooking, but the more I learn about health and food, the more interested I am in cooking healthy food.   I started this blog to document my adventures in good, wholesome and (hopefully) delicious food.   Thanks for visiting!
